We're hiring for a part-time year round packaging person to start immediately.Food service experience a bonus but not required.Primary job duties include but are not limited to: weighing, grinding, and packaging roasted coffee. Prepping orders for fulfillment. Keeping work area clean and tidy.
This applicant should have great attention to detail, the ability to work independently, be dependable, have a clean driving record (in order to grow into an order fulfillment/delivery position), love coffee and be a team player. They should be able to lift 50lbs and be able to work standing up for the entire shift.
15-25 hrs/week depending on season, Mon-Fri.
Some flexibility on scheduling.Pay starts at $14/hr DOE + coffee. Lots of coffee.

Overall Objective: Responsible for full operational management of Victor Coffee Hut. Able to prioritize critical tasks and implement functional improvements in consultation with ownerAssist in the opening of the Driggs Coffee Hut and once open, take responsibility for full operational management of both Victor and Driggs Coffee Huts. Ensure consistent daily operations including scheduling and inventory management.
Business development and marketing
•Successfully manage and grow current operations
•Assist in opening and then subsequently manage secondary location in Driggs
•Develop customer loyalty program via Square options
•Own and guide the brand with an eye for detail ensuring execution is consistent and builds brand connection, community engagement and a strong customer base
•Being on call to help cover as required including covering unexpected staff absenteeism
•Being first point of contact for the team
•Manage orders and inventory working with suppliers
•Monthly stock take
•Maintain sanitary work environment to health code
•Maintain a safe work environment, both physically and socially
•Ensure customers are engaged in a timely fashion when they pull up to the window
•Deal with any issues or customer concerns as they arise in an empathetic, timely, professional manner
•Hold the team to a standard of excellence
Skills & Qualifications:
•ServSafe Manager Certification
•3+ Years Management Experience
•3+ Years Food Service/Coffee Service Experience
•A high degree of business acumen, competence, and good understanding of the retail food service process
•Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
•Competent computer/device skills: MS Office (word, excel, etc), POS system (Square), Gmail suite
•Empathetic in customer communications
•Confident & dynamic in leadership role
•Ambitious with high energy levels, focus, and determination in a dynamic work environment
•Excellent time management skills, able to consistently meet deadlines
•Willingness to embrace the change and evolution of a growing small business
•A love of coffee and mornings
•Ability to work as a part of a dedicated team but can take individual responsibility
